In my moments of chaos, I have chosen to stick with what I know works.

These days, I resort back to making my bed first thing in the morning. It is something I have learned that can go a long way in times of chaos.

Because the Marines taught me that if I had enough discipline to pay attention to the smaller details in extreme stress, I would be able to start and end my day with a sense of an appreciation for those smaller things in life.

I think the same thing can be said about life.

Life is constantly with chaos, and I think when we can step back and pay attention to the simple things, we can begin to appreciate life and find opportunities.
